PANEL DESIGN

Design customised panels for all our benchtop analysers. Our services include:

  • Assigning fluorophores to markers provided by you

  • Rearranging existing panels for improved data quality

  • Expanding existing panels by adding new fluorophores

  • Consolidating smaller panels into larger, comprehensive panels

SAMPLE PREPARATION AND EXPERIMENTAL DESIGN

Receive expert guidance on sample preparation and experimental design, ensuring robust results.

Services include:

  • Tissue digestion protocols

  • Staining protocols

  • Optimal control design (compensation or reference controls)

  • Utilisation of fluorescence minus one (FMO) controls

EXPERIMENT OPTIMISATION AND TROUBLESHOOTING

Are you encountering challenges getting good quality data?  Contact us for:

  • Assessment of issue and troubleshooting solutions

  • Optimisation assistance

    • Sample preparation (tissue digestion, staining)

    • Panel design

    • Workflow optimisation

DATA ANALYSIS AND PRESENTATION

Post-acquisition, work with us to tailor analyse to your project’s needs:

  • Quality assessment of data, panels, and compensation/spectral unmixing

  • Identifying cell populations and differences among experimental groups

  • Batch-to-batch normalisation

  • Advanced high-dimensional data analysis

  • Effective presentation of findings

  • Creation of publication-quality figures

CELL SORTERS

We offer cell sorting for a variety of sample types, from bacteria to hookworm eggs using our BD Influx and Cytek Aurora CS cell sorters.

BD INFLUX

The BD Influx is a conventional flow cytometry-based system, ideal for panels optimised on conventional cytometers.

CYTEK AURORA CS

The Cytek Aurora CS is a full spectrum enabled system, best suited for panels optimised on full spectrum analysers but also compatible with conventional systems.

Both sorters are housed in biosafety cabinets, allowing for sterile sorting under PC2 laboratory conditions. Samples can be sorted into up to six populations and collected in various vessels.

Consult with one of our sort operators to discuss options and set up a trial sort.
