We offer comprehensive single-cell RNA sequencing library preparation services and extensive support in sample preparation and experimental design to ensure optimal outcomes.
Our advanced cell sorting capabilities enable the selection of specific cell subsets of interest, significantly reducing sequencing costs. Our facility includes a dedicated space for in-house genomic workflows and library generation. Currently, Illumina sequencing is performed externally by third-party providers.
SINGLE-CELL RNA SEQUENCING
We are equipped with the 10x Chromium iX and BD Rhapsody platforms for single-cell RNA sequencing. We provide comprehensive guidance in experimental design and will prepare single-cell RNA libraries on your behalf. These libraries can then be sent to the sequencing facility of your choice. Our Data Science team is available to support you in the analysis of sequencing results, including running workloads on our on-premises high-performance computing.
